I loved it, have never been in a better hotel. Had really comfortable stay for good value and the weather was fine. The staff was EXCELLENT, affable. I was upgraded to neat standard twin room with a view.

As a business traveler, I found the rooms to be extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, with everything I needed for a quick stopover.

Honestly, I felt like I was treated like royalty—nothing to complain about!

The Pioneer Way Motel is perfectly situated next to the mountains, with plenty of attractions and great eateries nearby in Springwood. the room was lovely, featuring a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge for added convenience. the bathroom was also quite nice. It's centrally located and has excellent access to the train line. the staff was wonderful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely choose it for our next trip!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the tea/coffee facilities and microwave in the room. The motel's proximity to our destination was convenient. Despite being located near a highway and railway, we were not bothered by excessive noise. The staff were helpful and friendly. we would recommend this motel for a short stay.

Located on the train line and close to an excellent Chinese restaurant. Convenient for those heading to the northern suburbs of Sydney. Clean and comfortable rooms with a very efficient air-conditioner. Immaculate bathrooms with good hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities. Friendly and efficient service.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Despite not having a view, the rooms were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom was also a pleasant surprise - everything was in good condition and spotlessly clean.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of any aspects that could be improved upon.

Our romantic escape had several highlights. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We also appreciated that we were not bothered by traffic noise considering the hotel's proximity to the main road. the location was perfect for our needs. We were surrounded by amazing restaurants and local attractions.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the pillows were quite flat.
